  • Can I use the products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
    You can use our products without any concerns during pregnancy as well as while breastfeeding. Our products have been carefully tested, reviewed, and approved.

  • DELIVERY TO THE EU FOREIGN COUNTRY
    For deliveries to EU countries, the shipping costs are 14.50 € for orders under 150 EUR. For orders over 150 EUR, we offer free shipping. The delivery time for an order within Europe is 3-5 days.
  • DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE COUNTRIES (WORLDWIDE)
    Currently no delivery possible outside EU countries.
  • PREPAYMENT
    When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will receive the bank details by email after completing your order. As soon as we can book the receipt on our account, we will ship your order. Once we have received the payment, you will be informed via email. You will also find this information in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
  • PAYPAL
    To pay via PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal. PayPal then offers you various payment options. When you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal after placing your order. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and complete the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Payments are typically recorded within a few minutes, and your order will be processed immediately.
  • CREDIT CARD
    You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit cards from MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card data is encrypted and transmitted via SSL. Due to this high security standard your purchase at The Ocean Studio GmbH by credit card is safe.
  • RETURN
    You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. For hygiene reasons, only unopened products can be returned. Please write us a message with the completed cancellation form, which you can find here and send us back the goods to the address below. Please indicate the keyword "RÜCKSENDUNG" on your package, so that we can assign it. As soon as the package arrives, we will refund your money using the same payment method you chose when you purchased the product.   • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will receive an email with the tracking number for your delivery. You can track your delivery via the link in your email or by entering the shipment number at DHL.
  • MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    For complaints, please contact us at any time at info@the-ocean-studio.com with a brief description of your complaint. You will receive a reply with all the information within 24 hours (weekdays).
